A pod of sperm whales has added a deformed bottlenose dolphin to is group. First sighting of this type of behavior in sperm whales.

Fascinating. Its not by any means the only example of the desire for a social life outweighing species differences in cetacea, and its recently been shown in African Wild Dogs with jackals and hyaenas, living in a community more like the gang in Ice Age than normal life.
