Sperm Whales Adopt Deformed Dolphin (1 Viewer)

Fascinating. Its not by any means the only example of the desire for a social life outweighing species differences in cetacea, and its recently been shown in African Wild Dogs with jackals and hyaenas, living in a community more like the gang in Ice Age than normal life.

There are more things in heaven and earth......
