Hello,
I met some sparrow-looking? (and size) bird with parallel white wing bar - it is possible to recognize it from that weak photo ?

Either a Chaffinch or a house sparrow with leucism (I photographed one in Warsaw a couple of years ago coincidentally) .... or something else :)
 
Thanks for opinion !. I don"t think that was chaffinch - because of different shape of white bar- but leucistic sparrow .... can be
