My inclination is to say juv Song Sparrow. Rufous in the remiges and retrices, even into coverts.

Juvenile (which this bird is) has indeed a yellowish postoculars spot at the beginning of the supercilium in Song Sparrow. I missed that at first but found it back at the bottom of the page.
Seaside Sparrow has a very long, bit abnormal (for sparrows) bill, unlike this bird.
