South-West Holland - pair of rare Ruddy Duck (1 Viewer)

Pictured 20th of February, afternoon, cold, grey weather, freshwater lake next to the sea. Besides the more common Tufted Ducks and Green-winged Teals I found this small duck species with a very unusual blue beak ... Has to be Ruddy Duck I would say. Is that right? Tnx for help...
