Singing female-type seedeater in Bucaramanga, Colombia (3 Viewers)

I'm interested by your opinion about the identification of the bird singing in this video I filmed this evening.

I had identified the bird when I saw it, but I'm surprised by the fact a brown bird is singing (young male ?) and it is not the song I'm used to (also because it is young ?).

In that area Large-billed Seed-finch is most likely. Which I initially went for but didn't feel it was quite right!

The other bird that resembles is Chestnut-bellied Seed-eater but that doesn't show here on ebird.

I need to do more investigating to be sure hopefully a local will be along shortly to confirm to save me the bother!
