The Osprey would be a British lifer and the Hooded Crow, Red Kite, Eider, Crested Tit, Black Guillemot, Crossbill and Short Eared Owl would be lifers for me. That is enough reason to go up to Scotland, isn't it?

We missed Short-eared Owl from your list (plus the escaped Black Swan)

Other birds we have seen in the past in the middle two weeks of May but didn't catch up with this time included:-

Chiffchaff
Whitethroat
Grasshopper Warbler
Spotted Crake (hear only)
Dotterel
Snow Bunting
Velvet Scoter
Long-tailed Duck
Pied Flycatcher
Hen Harrier
Tree Sparrow
Pintail
Barnacle Goose
Fieldfare
Long-eared Owl
Little Tern
Green Sandpiper
Wood Sandpiper
Purple Sandpiper
Manx Shearwater

Mind you, we did finish our trip on 152 species so didn't do badly <grin>
