Replacement Leica Ultravid twist up/down eyecups (1 Viewer)

Hi Folks I'm UK based and was wondering were can I buy a pair of twist up/down eyecups for my original 2004 Ultravids? As you can see from the photo they have had very heavy wear as I use them daily. I would love to get a full refurbishment job but think it would be to costly! I would be grateful for any help.
