This falcon swooped down and got a rabbit feeding on my grass. I took some pictures. Before it took off it field dressed the rabbit like a human hunter would, by removing the head and opening the body and discarding all the entrails. When done it flew away carrying the torso and legs of the rabbit under it. If you enlarge and look close you can see the rabbit hanging under the bird. Interesting. I never knew the raptors would do that.
