Oriental Honey Buzzard? June Singapore (1 Viewer)

Hi, need confirmation if this bird is an Oriental Honey Buzzard. Head looks small as described for Oriental Honey Buzzards. Is this pale morph?

Photos show the same individual. I don't have another view of the bird except the one in flight. I can't see from the "in-flight" photo if it has a long middle toe.

Help appreciated!
