Olive-tree Warbler Lesvos Confirmation please (1 Viewer)

This photo was taken in Lesvos on the 4th May 2009 can anyone help with ID confirmation

The photographic angle makes the identification a bit difficult. Do you have a picture showing the wings? Based on just this photo it looks a bit more like an Eastern Olivaceous Warbler to me, mostly due to the rather broad supercilium, the thin looking bill and the brown tinge on the crown, but I could be wrong.
 
My oberservations of the bird put its size as bigger than a Olivaceous Warbler I have seen and photographed Olivaceous warblers many times on Lesvos and I feel this bird just did not match a Olivaceous
 
Olivaceous for me too (for the reasons already mentioned by CAU). I can't see how that bill can be an Olive-tree's! Also Olive-tree is greyish, the colour of this bird looks spot on for Olivaceous. Here's two photos from a similar angle that show bill size and upperpart colouration.

Looking at SJC's photo's Olivaceous Warbler now looks the most likely. thanks for the input. Must return next year and get the Olive-tree Warbler
