Northern or Loggerhead Shrike? (1 Viewer)

This has the size and wider mask of a loggerhead but the bill of a northern. I think it is a juvenile loggerhead but being fairly new to this I would appreciate some help. Thanks. Bob

I'd say adult Loggerhead. The juvenile has a lightly barred breast and a dusky wingbar. the way to rule out Northern Shrike from this photo is the width of the black facial mask. The Northern has a thinner mask not entirely covering the eye.
Nice photo.
