Hello everyone, being new to bird/wildlife watching,I am looking for recommendations for a small pair of binoculars that can be carried in a pocket. I ride a motorbike and bicycle so size is important. My budget would be approx £500. I would buy used if any are available Thanks in advance

Given the budget you're trying stay within and size requirements, I'd say to try and grab the Leica 8x20 Ultravid BR that's on eBay over there right now for £400 in Norwich, and another in London with an asking price of £525 or best offer, which seems you could possibly get down to the same price as the other one. Hopefully one or the other is close enough to you that you'd be able to go check them out and see how you like them.
This particular binocular still remains my overall favorite and the only model that I have more than one of. Good luck with the decision making!
