I used to have a feeding area on balcony iin last apartment and used to love watching gaggles of baby goldfinches being fed by their hard-working parents ! Gave it up because pigeons camped there and made too much mess.
Have a garden now and planning to set up both feeding station (sunflower + nuts), and also one open and one 28cm house, so really excited to get these up and running. If anyone has suggestion to stop the cats getting to them would welcome. Musing over putting cameras inside but just somehow feel guilty of intrusion !!
