Mourning Dove? - Seattle WA USA (1 Viewer)

Saw this Dove flying by and snapped some shots. Seems more like a Mourning than a Eurasian Collared because of the following:

Black spots on wings
Undertail coverts seem buffy
No neck ring
Primary are not real dark

However the tail bugs me. A couple pictures almost give it a forked-tail look.

What do you think?
