This Mourning Dove was photographed outside Knoxville, Tennessee the morning of March 31, 2025. I don't know if this is a cross or a molt phase. Need help. Thanks.

mourning doves have only one adult plumage. They do molt, but slowly (typically in September). This bird is just wet, and possibly has some kind of affliction.
