Good afternoon. Just wondered if anyone had ordered binoculars or scopes from mavenbuilt.co.uk based in North Kilworth. They are currently doing a 25% off discount for Black Friday which seems a brilliant discount. Thinking about buying a pair to replace my tatty old Hawkes. Thanks

I bought a pair of C2 7x28

Delivery etc was OK but they did not respond very quickly when I had a problem and wanted to send the item back.

I believe 'Highland Outdoors Ltd' are at North Kilworth and are the distributers for Maven in the UK so I guess Maven is a small part of their business and they maybe do not monitor e-mail traffic quite as often as they could.

So I would say they are trustworthy, just might be a bit slow with aftersales.
