Marsh Harrier or Buzzard? Martin Mere, Lancs, UK (1 Viewer)

Saw this pair of raptors today from the "Harrier Hide" at Martin Mere. Obviously location primed me to think of them as Marsh Harriers (and their behaviour/flight pattern also seemed harrier-like to me at the time), but now I'm home and looking at the photos on my computer, I'm starting to think that they look more like Common Buzzards... can anyone conclusively identify them from these very poor photos?

The last 2 pics are 2 birds cropped out of the one photo in which I managed to catch both birds together - all others are the same birds but not sure which is which. The 2 birds both seemed pretty much uniform dark brown with no obvious plumage differences between them.
