Manfrotto head 322RC2 (1 Viewer)

Hello everybody. I'm considering Manfrotto head 322RC2 to bear my Nikon F90x + Sigma 400mm 5.6 + extender 1.4X.
It's a joystick head, the handle can be placed either horizontally or vertically.
Does anybody use it and can make comment? Or drive me to any reviews or previous threads?
Thanks in advance. Ciao!

I've used one for about six months now at least two days each week. It is a very useful tool although I get the impression that the grip on the ball is a little less tight than it used to be. Increasing the friction control only seems to make it jerkier to use not grip the ball tighter. I must get the maual out and study it.
