Apologies for the poor photo - it was taken at distance and in the rain. I'd appreciate any suggestion re ID for the bird below, taken at Teman Negara in Malaysia a few weeks ago.

Its a Spotted Dove, structure, undertail pattern + pink/red legs confirm. The apparrent underpart streaking is a product of wet/matted feathers.
