Lesser spotted woodpecker? Cottbus, Germany (1 Viewer)

Can anyone confirm what I think is a lesser spotted woodpecker, calling this evening (riverbank, city outskirts)? At 23 seconds in. I was sure when I heard it, but neither Merlin or Birdnet identified it (not always reliable, I know, but I like to have someone agree on "interesting" species!).

I think it may be it (because it sounds like a woodpecker, but a tiny one!), but I'm waiting for the others to comments on this! I can add that in the background there's a blue tit and a great tit (+ eurasian collared dove at the end of the recording?), but you probably know about these...
