Labyrinth spider web? (1 Viewer)

While out and about in the local big parks (Richmond Park, Bushy Park, Hampton Court Park - all SW London) at the weekend I noticed a number of spiders' webs that intrigued me. They were low down, only a few inches off the floor, and largely horizontal but had a "funnel" type structure at one point of each web.

Am I right to assume these were made by labyrinth spiders (Agelena labyrinthica)? I didn't see the spider on any of the webs, not that I looked too hard.

They are certainly pretty common in those places, so you're probably correct. Worth looking out for Wasp Spiders too!
