Kowa 883 Phonescoping Adapter (1 Viewer)

What do you 883 users prefer? I was actually thinking of using a spare Kowa eyepiece cap glued onto a plastic phone case as the Kowa cap fits very snug with no play especially in landscape mode & would simply push on & pull off. I currently use the Hawke adapter that squeezes together but the diy one would be even simpler.

My Kowa eyepiece cap is very loose fitting so would be useless as a DIY adapter. I use a Phoneskope case and adapters to fit my Kowa and Leica scopes.

Ahh i thought they'd be all the same really snug fit. Mine is quite a tight fitting that requires a bit of force to get it off.

I would highly suggest Ollin adapters. I use on my Kowa and it’s by far the best solution if used. The magnets ensure proper placement every time, the adapter stays on all the time and it comes with a cover. Just pop your phone case in and you get perfect images every time in a fraction of the time.

They now ship to the UK - got mine for iPhone/Kowa883 earlier this year and love it. Expensive but takes all the hassle away.
