Kestrel? (5 Viewers)

First, you should consider the most likely variant - so my first choice is Kestrel. Nevertheless, the bird attracts attention (yes, I know - in these blurry photos) with several features. It seems bulky, the underside is intensely rusty, not very streaked, the wings are very light from below, and on the head you can't see white/light cheeks, but rather a grayish complete'helmet' (2110, 2114-2116). This gives some chances for a lesser Kestrel (1st Summer). But isn't this wishful thinking?
