Is it possible to ID this bird? Is it some sort of a woodpecker (green upperparts)?
I also uploaded an original photo, but it features Yellow-mantled Widowbird so it might not help...

It has the look of a Diederik/Klaas's Cuckoo, although only looking on my phone so not ideal given the blurriness of the photo.
A cuckoo would fit perfectly, but some features don't match for me...Barred wings (vs plain in cuckoos), greyish head (vs green in cuckoos), no barred flanks (vs barred in Diederik), no green patches on sides of breast (vs presence of them in Klaas's).
Maybe it's caused by the blurriness of the photo?

Diederik cuckoo for me. Apparently has a red eye. Bill wrong for woodpecker. Assume bill of widow bird is a lighting effect since appears white [presume = shine]. We cannot draw conclusions about size from the comparison
