Juv Dunnock or flycatcher (UK) (1 Viewer)

Hi,
Can anyone help with an ID for this little chap. It was taken 09/07/09 on Tyneside. Dull rainy day, I was trying to take some shots of a Kestral when this chap showed up. I only mentioned Flycatchers because a couple of mature spotted flycatchers were in the area. I'm sorry he's fluffed up but it was raining & after I took the shot he flew off.
Thanks,
Roly.

Thank's everyone, Dunnock it is then. Rockfowl thought it was in a rather poor state, he should have seen the state of me, the bird was better.
Cheers & thanks for the help.
Roly.
