ID Stoat or Weasel? (1 Viewer)

Can anyone ID this, Cant see the tail so not sure if it is Stoat or Weasel.
Not my Pic so not sure of the size of it.

Very difficult to be conclusive on these photos alone but using the dandelion as a size reference, it looks more likely to be a Weasel.
