How can I tell the difference between Common Pochard (Aythya Ferina) female and Redhead (Aythya Americana) female ? (1 Viewer)

Head and bill shape are pretty distinct between the two species; F pochards have a large mostly darkish bill with a whitish flash (often appears silverish) close to the bills tip, F redheads have a more delicate bill, mostly silver with black on the tip and base of the bill and also has a whitish flash close to the tip + headshape of F pochard is flatter (more oval shaped) while redhead has a more typical shaped head (more rounded) and has a steep forehead.

Thanx Bewick , informative and helpful evidence! Now I can tell the difference. I put multiple pictures side to side of the 2 female species and yeah everything you said makes perfect sense!
