Hooded crow spinning in air (1 Viewer)

Today I saw a hooded crow hovering fairly high over the river.

It periodically would do a spin while falling a bit, but then fly up to its original height again.

Somewhat made me think of the way Ravens would play in the air, but it didn't look playful to me.

Maybe it was trying to shake something off itself?
