Help ID bird sound in New Hampshire dusk night (1 Viewer)

Hello,
I hear this one particular sound often and I really would like to know what it is coming from. I live in western NH on the boarder of VT. I can only assume it is a bird and my first impression was maybe an owl. I will try to describe it. It kind of sounds like "Who we do, who, who" and the tones are low high low, low, low where the first three sounds are more fluid and the last two are more singular. the "who, who" part at the end is what made me think owl, but Ive been searching owl sounds and have not found it.. any ideas?
