Hello from Queensland (4 Viewers)

Howdy everyone,

I've always loved looking up birds I see when hiking in my birdbook, but recently got myself some binoculars that work (I thought my eyes were broken and I couldn't use binoculars, turns out I had only ever used busted pairs!)

I have been blown away by how amazing it is to see all these birds up close and I feel like I'm watching a nature documentary. I thought it would be good to join a forum with other people that are passionate about birds, so here I am!

Hi birdman jack and a warm welcome from me too. I spent several weeks in Queensland a few years ago (Brisbane, Blackbutt, Cunnamulla, Gold Coast) and had a wonderful time
