Can someone please help me confirm this to be a harris' sparrow?

I think Harris's Sparrow is correct, but I would like to see any other photos that you have.

Looks more like a juv. Chipping Sparrow to me. They can retain their steaky underparts well into winter. Looks small headed, eye crescents, facial pattern off for HASP.
