Hamza countryfile tonight which bins? (2 Viewers)

Can’t tell you the brand/manufacturer but they appear to be Image Stabilised

I’d suggest finding his profile on social media and sending a private message, if nobody here can identify them

so range finders rather than I.S. - interesting
Interesting, and actually quite surprising, if those are his 'everyday' bins. The view through those Perger porros is, to my own very personal taste, quite possibly the best of the best of the best in the world of binoculars, although I should probably rephrase that to 'my favourite view' in the world of binoculars. We talk about 'wows', and wows are very personal to all of us, but this optical version of the Geovid is pure unadulterated WOW(!!!!!), simply the most gorgeous of views, but I couldn't live with the focus movement which is built not to be accidentally knocked/nudged out of focus and needs a very deliberate effort to move it. It's obstructive and heavy work constantly tweaking and refocusing in the field.

Now, if only Leica would build a binocular with these optics, without the electronics, and with the Noctivid focus mechanism...😍😍😍😍😍

I'm sure this guy used to use EL's.
I'd love to spend a day out with him.... he comes across as a top bloke... his enthusiasm is infectious.

It could be related to his work as a cameraman. Being able to know the range to a target or at least its approximate location might help give him a sense of the quality of footage he might get. Did you see the massive Canon video setup he was using later on?

All wildlife cameramen use the 1000mm canon zoom… it was developed by canon for them! Be cool to play with one!
