the adult bird looks like a Yellow-legged Gull imo:
The legs are yellow, it has a complete band on p5 (at least on the right wing) and the iris is pale.
Please compare to this thread, thanks Lou again!

Your second bird is either a 3cy Yellow-legged Gull or a Caspian Gull imo (location and yellow legs and pure white body and head (?) excludes Herring Gull).
Confident ID is one for the true experts I think, but appearant shortish bill and bright yellow legs in an immature bird is slightly better for a Yellow-legged Gull (?) Some 3cy YLG still have a darker patterned underwing, but your bird is within variation.
