Hi everyone,
I have been at "Praia do Dafundo" yesterday (28/02/2025), a small beach at the entrance of the Tagus estuary nearby Lisbon, where I photographed this gull. There were some adult lesser blacked-back gulls (Larus fuscus) in the beach as usual in this time of the year. The immature gull in these pictures shows some dark gray on its back but presents gray legs (which were clearly noticeable in the field). Could you please confirm if this individual is also a lesser blacked-back gull?
