Gull ID help- Lake Erie area (USA) (1 Viewer)

Gull ID help needed-pics were taken Dec 31, Lake Erie, PA (USA) area. I included a larger pic that shows the birds together as well. They looked larger than the other RBGU but smaller than Herrings. The bill didn't look quite right on the one swimming, but I always get overwhelmed with gull ID. Thank you!

These look within range of variation for Herring to me. Fwiw, all the birds in your larger pic, with likely the exception of the lowest, left hand bird facing directly away (likely RBGU on size), appear to be Herring.
