Gull(Caspian??) Poole, Dorset (1 Viewer)

Sorry very poor Pics. Was looking at this Gull thinking it looked good for Caspian, long beak, long legged and typical stance. Tried to get pics but it flew just as I took shots. Also shows a small white mirror on P10 underwing although pale eye is not helpful. Anybody help?

Initial impression is Caspian, which fwiw Picture Bird says Caspian on all three photos, so it has the right vibe.

The bi-coloured bill and white mirror on p10 underside rules out YLG.

The contrasting white/black tail is a plus for Caspian, and the underwing looks pale.
Head shape and eye position also look good for Caspian to me.

Apparently you're most likely to see Caspian in the UK from late summer, with birds leaving by mid-winter.

I'm trying to figure out why this bird is a Herring gull, but tbh I can only see Caspian.
Hybird could also be a possible, and perhaps more likely given the observation was in April?
