Golden or Juvenile Bald Eagle Oregon USA (1 Viewer)

Eagle in Central Oregon USA Jan 27 2025. Either Juvenile bald or golden, both occur in this area. The white on the wings is kind of messy which makes me think juv bald, but there's no white mottling on the body (unless what I'm seeing as a lighter golden patch is just color distorted white) and the beak and wing shape are giving me golden vibes, but that could be the angle. I'm not super familiar with goldens so it could also just be wishful thinking.
