Common Bulbul I think - yellow vent & dark head.

Thought dark-capped was considered a subspecies of the common bulbul.

Edit- Ebird considers them conspecific anyway.

Indeed, thanks for the correction, I didn't check the current taxonomy - it was still known as Yellow-vented when I saw it in East Africa in the early 1990's!

It is split since long in all field guides, by all serious references in Taxonomy such IOC, John Boyd, etc. Yes, "Birds of the World" kept is as Garden Bulbul subspecies, but just because they didn't update the page yet. You might follow the Taxonomy section of Birdforum and will understand it is a settled case since decades (already by Sibley & Monroe in 1993).

Thank you everybody. Very instructive. It was surprising to me see some birds I took photos from in Marrakech, tagged as Common Bulbul but lacking the yellow part.

The local bulbul in NW Africa doesn't have a yellow vent area. These are all just the local forms of what are - essentially/arguably - the same thing. The names change, the birds stay the same

Garden Bulbul is a significantly different species from Dark-capped Bulbul indeed, this is why no birder knowing them would group them in a single species.
