Whatever the taxonomy (and I suspect that the OP may be no more concerned about that than I am), it's the local bulbul - that's common 👍🏼
 
On clements (ebird) still the same species. A likely split in the future though
It is split since long in all field guides, by all serious references in Taxonomy such IOC, John Boyd, etc. Yes, "Birds of the World" kept is as Garden Bulbul subspecies, but just because they didn't update the page yet. You might follow the Taxonomy section of Birdforum and will understand it is a settled case since decades (already by Sibley & Monroe in 1993).
 
The local bulbul in NW Africa doesn't have a yellow vent area. These are all just the local forms of what are - essentially/arguably - the same thing. The names change, the birds stay the same (y)
