why not double-collared seedeater? think that's the common one there (plumbeous seems v rare in Argentina)
 
Thanks The Fern. You're probably right. My book shows the female with yellowish/pale bill, eBird describes female with a bi-colored bill. This one has a very black bill. But mine has a white wing spot. So its a Double-collared Seedeater
