I found the roosting site of a Tawny Owl where I found the Tawny Owl feather on the left in the photograph, as well as some pellets which I dissected. However I also found the feather on the right of the picture close by.
Any idea what it is?
Thanks.

I'm not familiar with many of the birds in your area, but it looks like a pheasant (primary) to me, although it would help to know how long the feather is.

Hi Rapala,
That is what my Dad thought it could be. Plus there are a lot of pheasants in the area.
It is 21cm long.
