Feather ID, Scotland, Buzzard or Owl? (1 Viewer)

I found this feather yesterday by the roadside. Arable farmland with small woods. It struck me as a very broad feather.

My guess from looking round the internet is common buzzard.

Any views would be appreciated.

Shape is not good for a secondary. This is more likely to be a wing covert.
