Hi!

Do you have experience with purchasing or warranty management with this site/webshop?

optics-pro.com / optic-pro.de, the same shop, only different language option.
They gave me a very good price for a bino, but the item is out of stock, nearest arrive in 2 weeks, and I've read some bad things on trustpilot about them.

I guess you mean optik-pro.de? Not "optic". Same as "astroshop.de". I bought there multiple times with zero issues so far.

Only sorted slightly differently. Same company running it -- "nimax GmbH".
I guess, once you had more than 2 customers, there might always be someone online complaining on a platform like trustpilot. Often the complaints are ridiculous. Written by people who either don't even know how to use a binocular, let alone any other equipment, or expecting unreasonable things from an online-shop. That is my experience at least from reading some of those ratings. Mostly I just don't care and trust in the buyer protection from paypal. And there is also a 14-day-return-policy. So what can go wrong, really?
