Just to say a heart felt thanks to Vijay Sebastian from Leica Sports optics UK.

I accidently damaged the magnification changer on the left monocular of my Duovids in January this year.
Vijay provided exceptional customer service and kept me updated all the way through its repair..

There are some good people in this world afterall.
