Djuma game reserve(Sabi Sand) at Kruger Park in South Africa (1 Viewer)

Got to see this bird today (9/9/12) and no one can figure out what it is. I think I have it narrowed down to two eagles but would like to get some other opinions. I think it is a juvenile and its either a African Fish Eagle or an African Crowned Eagle. Is either of these correct? Thank you so much for your help.

It is a Wahlberg's eagle, probably juvenile. For example the bill is way too thin for either Crowned and African fish-eagle.
