Curlew / Whimbrel confirmation - Osaka Bay (1 Viewer)

Hello everyone

I took these photos of a Numenius wader at Osaka Bay today. I assume it's a Whimbrel (the most common Numenius in the area), but I wanted to double-check. The photos were taken at a distance of only 2-3 metres (which is strange enough in itself).
