Costa's or Anna's Hummingbird? - Palm Springs, CA (3 Viewers)

Seen in Palm Spring, CA in early April. Looking back through my photos from a trip and want to make sure I get the ID right on this one. I think it's a female Costa's Hummingbird but want to make sure it's not an Anna's. Not sure how separable the females are, could always upload it as Calypte sp.

Wings do not project beyond tail tip = Anna's. Busy--not plain--throat, the white spot behind the eye, and the gray auricular not separated from the nape by white are compatible with Anna's.
