Female Plain Antvireo is my best bet for the first of these but I am not really confident. I would be even less confident on the second, but Pewee?

#1 appears to show streaks on chest and spots on coverts. I guess female Streak-crowned Antvireo is a strong contender here.

Thanks for help. Do you both mean Tropical Pewee?

In summer, that is the most likely, in winter I am not sure you can exclude wood-pewee on this view.
