Contact details for Cat Tien NP (2 Viewers)

In januari I will be visiting Vietnam. I tried contacting Cat Tien NP in advance to arrange my stay in the park. However, the email adress on their website is incorrect. Does someone have contact details from the Park?

Hi, just in case, I think this one is the current website of the park: http://namcattien.vn
In Vietnam, I always found it more reliable to call. Rarely a response to email, even if the address works.
If it's just accomodation, you don't really have to worry. Usually enough rooms there, so just show up. Also, there are some nice hotel options now near the park gate.
If you want a good bird guide, then better call ahead.

Thank you very much. I guess I won't need a guide, as I heard most targets are not too difficult given time (and I prefer to find birds myself). I always like to overnight in a park, waking up with the birds is the best there is. But if no appointment is necessary, things should work out.
Also, my experience it that Vietnamese respond really fast to email, but that migth just be hotels and such.

Yes, the difference is between private (familiy) business and a government organisation (NP)

Agree that guide is not really needed in Cat Tien if you prefer to find birds yourself. All paths are easy to find.
