Coal Tits or Marsh Tits?? (1 Viewer)

Hello all,
I have seen these birds in the garden today and am not sure which they are; Coal or Marsh Tits. They may of course be both, if they are seen together? Some are very small, which I think are Coal Tits, but some are larger.
Thoughts?

Blue Tit and Coal Tit. In the third and fifth pictures, you can see some of the diagnostic patterns of both species side-by-side.

I strongly encourage you to buy a (printed) field guide. A book is a much (much) better way of learning how to identify birds 👍🏻

Good advice… thanks. I do have reference books but they are at home we are away for New Year. It is great to see some different birds on the feeders.
