Clark's Nutcracker? (1 Viewer)

The attached photos were taken on the shore of Lake Louise, Alberta on 24th August 2019. Using Sibley Birds West, the nearest I come to identifying it is a Clark's Nutcracker. I would welcome confirmation of my ID, or if I am away of the mark, suggestions as to what the bird is.
Help is appreciated.

the first image looks to be taken at the same spot as my photo , I'm guessing outside the hotel?!!
